The staff made it a great experience for me, they were fairly friendly. Truly enjoyed central heating, flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle in the room. The bed seemed exceptionally comfortable and it was fairly clean all around.

The place was clean, fine, and centrally located, just a short distance from a nice cafe called Shega e Eger.

The double room at Hotel Epoka was amazing! It had a balcony, which made my morning coffee even more enjoyable. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat, and having an electric kettle in the room was so convenient. Plus, the flat-screen TV was a nice touch for some relaxation after a long day of exploring. I felt like a VIP guest!

The only thing I didn't love was the heating in the double room. It was a bit too warm for my liking, but I understand that others might appreciate it during colder months.

The location is mind-blowing, right in the heart of the city, and the staff is simply amazing - super friendly and helpful! The rooms are jaw-droppingly big and for the price, it's just perfect! Will definitely comeback if I'm in town again.

The breakfast served to our table was delicious and substantial. Our room was comfortable and had great air conditioning. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the lack of bathroom shelving and some street noise, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. I highly recommend this hotel for a simple and enjoyable stay in the city.
